site.btaBulgaria with Nine Medals from European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships

Bulgaria won a total of nine medals at the 38th European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, which took place in Tel Aviv from June 15 to 19. The Bulgarian gymnasts snagged four gold, two silver and three bronze medals. 

Bulgaria won the senior team title after Boyana Kaleyn, Stiliana Nikolova and the ensemble collected 333.150 points.

Boryana Kalyen won the titles in the ball and ribbon events and a bronze medal in the hoop event in the apparatus finals. She also won the silver medal in the all-round competition, thus becoming the gymnast with the highest number of medals from the Championships in Tel Aviv.

In the same individual event, Stiliana Nikolova won the bronze.

The Bulgarian junior team won the bronze medal after Elvira Krasnobaeva's and Dara Stoyanova's performance got 116.100 points.

Krasnobaeva took the gold in the hoop event and the silver in the ball event.
