site.btaPresident Radev Convenes Consultative Meeting to Discuss Escalation of Ukraine War

President Rumen Radev convened a consultative meeting at 3 pm on Friday to discuss the consequences for Bulgaria's security, economy and social sphere from the escalation of the war in Ukraine, Radev's press secretariat said.

The meeting was attended by caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev, the ministers of transport and communications, of the interior, of labour and social policy, of defence, of energy, of economy and industry, and a deputy foreign minister. 

Also participating were the deputy Chief of Defence, the deputy chief secretary of the Interior Ministry, the head of the State Agency for National Security, the deputy head of the State Intelligence Agency, and the head of the Military Intelligence Service.
