The There Is Such a People (TISP) party said in a media statement it will submit a notice to National Assembly Chair Vezhdi Rashidov on Monday, thereby starting a sign-in campaign for a national referendum in which people will be asked: "Do you support the idea of conducting elections to a Grand National Assembly to solve the issues about changing the form of Bulgaria's government from a parliamentary republic to a presidential republic?"
