The Telecom A1 Bulgaria, part of A1 Telecom Austria Group, will acquire 100% of the share capital of one of Bulgaria's largest IT companies, STEMO, A1 Bulgaria reported on Thursday.

A1 and STEMO together will provide a wide portfolio of high-tech services for corporate clients. The collaboration in the field of system integration of IT infrastructure, network connectivity, cybersecurity, software development and implementation will lead to significant opportunities for growth and benefits for users of IT services, the statement said.

STEMO's many years of experience in the Bulgarian market cover a full portfolio of ICT services, such as building IT infrastructure, cloud and managed services, SAP / ERP integration, software development and implementation, supply and maintenance of hardware.

A1 Bulgaria will finance the deal through its available capital, and its value will not be made public according to the agreement between the participants. The acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities.
