site.btaPM Donev Meets with Lukoil Management Representatives

Caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev held a working meeting with representatives of the management of energy company Lukoil on Thursday, the Government Information Service said in a press release.

The talks discussed opportunities for curbing inflation and stabilizing the economic environment in Bulgaria. PM Donev emphasized on fuel prices as a key factor for the development of economic life and consumption.

The two sides agreed that it is of particular importance to consider all market opportunities for reducing fuel prices for end consumers. This would be an important step towards achieving more favourable economic environment for everyone in Bulgaria, the press release also said.

Earlier on Thursday, President Rumen Radev also held a working meeting with Lukoil's management.
