World-famous Bulgarian violinist Vesko Eschkenazy will have a series of concerts in his home country with the Pleven Philharmonic Orchestra, the orchestra said. 

On the programme of the concerts are Vivaldi's Four Seasons and Astor Piazzolla's eponymous work. The first two concerts will be on April 7 in Botevgrad, and on April 8 in Pleven, Northern Bulgaria. 

"Bulgaria is in me with all its grandeur, dearness and beauty," the artist says, adding that although he is a cosmopolitan, he loves his homeland, his birth city of Sofia and many other places in Bulgaria. 

Last year Eschkenazy and the Pleven Philharmonic Orchestra performed to full houses in thirteen cities in Bulgaria.
