The BTA National Press Club offices facilitate, organise and coordinate media events such as press conferences, seminars, round tables, cultural events, etc.
The Press Clubs carry out their activities through the integrated use of BTA's facilities - a hall, modern technical support and a team of experienced professionals.
Through the activities of the National Press Clubs BTA builds on its range of services such as:
- providing a public platform for the expression of opinions, views and concerns of civic, trade and professional organizations, institutions, parties and citizens;
- provides for the benefit of the media - events on topical and socially significant issues, opportunities for equal access to information from them and their free coverage and dissemination.
Currently BTA has 24 local press clubs across the country and 5 press club offices abroad.
The Press clubs are an established meeting place for Bulgarian and foreign media in the country, with representatives of branch organizations, state institutions, political parties, diplomatic missions, trade unions, companies, cultural institutes, citizens and NGOs, etc.
They are also a most cherished place for the exchange of professional experience, training and qualification of journalists.
Most of the country's prominent public figures have participated in events at BTA's national press clubs.
A number of world-famous names from politics, economy and the show business who have visited Bulgaria have had their press conferences and meetings with the media here.
All events held at BTA Press Clubs are broadcast live, allowing anyone interested in the topic to follow them in real time.
