The 25th edition of Bansko Jazz Fest 2022 will take placefrom August 6 to August 13. This year the festival will include twenty concerts with performers from eighteen countries in the span of eight days. Some of the most popular names in the world of jazz from around the world will take the stage at Bansko Jazz Fest 2022.

The programme was presented at a press conference Tuesday by Bansko Mayor Ivan Kadev, the head of the Board of the Association of Festivals in Bulgaria Iliana Shtereva and participants.

Bansko Jazz Festi 2020 will begin with Angel Zaberski and his band, Militsa Gladnishka, the RADZ band from Ukraine and Electric Shock from Hungary. This year's edition will also include Daphne Levy, Igor Wilcox, Salvador Sobral and many others, said Shtereva.

The press conference was also attended by the programme director of Jazz FM Svetoslav Nikolov, host of the festival, and Prof. Stefka Onikyan, who is part of the jazz academy of the festival in Bansko.
