On April 21, Bulgarian Vice President Iliana Iotova will visit the Italian city of Bologna and confer with the President of the Emilia-Romagna Region, Stefano Bonaccini, the President's press office said in a press release on Wednesday.

Iotova will visit the University of Bologna and hold discussions with its heads. She will also meet with students enrolled in Bulgarian language and culture courses, Bulgarian students in Bologna, and representatives of the local Bulgarian community.

On April 22, Iotova will visit Venice to open the Bulgarian pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale. Bulgaria participates in the prestigious forum with Mihail Mihaylov's project, titled "Here you are".
