At a ceremony on Tuesday, Sofia University awarded Romanian writer Ana Blandiana with the honorary degree Doctor Honoris Causa, the university said. The awarding was proposed by the Faculty of Slavic Studies with the support of the Faculty of Classical and Modern Philology.
