Prominent clarinetist Ivo Papasov, nicknamed Ibriama, will perform a concert at Sofia Live Club. The event will take place on February 26, the organizers said.
The Trakia music orchestra will also participate.
The clarinet and wedding music virtuoso Papasov is this year's grand prize winner at the WOMEX Worldwide Music Expo. For his inimitable style and his persistence to consolidate his music on the world stage, for his dedication to the development of Thracian and Turkish-Roma music in Bulgaria and for his pure, passionate clarinet mastery, Ivo Papasov has been named this year's award winner of the WOMEX 2022 Artist Award. At the beginning of December, he received an honorary plaquette from the National Assembly.
