site.btaJapanese TV Makes Documentary about Perperikon

The Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS) Television, which is among the TV stations with the largest audience in Japan (over 20 million viewers), is making a 50-minute documentary about Perperikon, said Prof. Nikolay Ovcharov.

The archaeologist specified that the film, moderated by some of Japan's most famous actors, is being shot in Perperikon and in the Valley of Thracian Kings near Kazanlak (Central Bulgaria) and tells about Thracian heritage and the sacred wines of the Thracians. 

This is the third film about Perperikon that will be aired in Japan, Ovcharov said.
