site.btaAmCham Bulgaria Opens Office in Washington

The American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria announced the opening of its new office in the US capital Washington at a reception at the Bulgarian Embassy in Washington, the Chamber said on Wednesday.

The office will serve both American businesses who want to expand their operations in Bulgaria, and Bulgarian companies who plan to enter the US market.

The reception was part of the programme of the annual conference of the AmChams in Europe Association, which is taking place this week. The Bulgarian delegation was welcomed by Marjorie Chorlins, Senior Vice President for European Affairs at the US Chamber of Commerce. 

AmCham Bulgaria President Olivier Marquette said that in the future the office will give AmCham members a strategic advantage and will aid exchange between businesses and governments.
