The average contributory income in Bulgaria in April 2022 was BGN 1,306.77, the National Statistical Institute said on Tuesday.

The average monthly contributory income for the period between May 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022 is BGN 1,191.96.

The average monthly contributory income determined for this period is used in calculating newly granted pensions in May 2022.
