Outgoing Prime Minister Kiril Petkov said before the start of Wednesday's government meeting that the Bulgarian Energy Holding will make a contribution of BGN 456 million to the Energy Security Fund, which will allow the State to continue to fulfill its promise to all businesses that electricity prices will be kept among the lowest in Europe.
