In May. the monthly inflation was 0.9%, said the National Statistical Institute. The inflation rate since the beginning of the year (June 2022 compared to December 2021) was 10.1%, and the annual inflation in June 2022 compared to June 2021 was 16.9%. 

The annual average inflation in the last 12 months (July 2021 - June 2022) compared to the previous 12 months (July 2020 - June 2021) was 9.3%.
