Caretaker ministers Ilin Dimitrov of tourism and Assen Medjidiev of health discussed the implementation of anti-COVID measures at a working meeting with representatives of the tourism industry, the Tourism Ministry said. "The operative word for the tourism industry will be predictability. We need a safe winter season," said Dimitrov.

The Tourism Minister said he had asked the Health Minister to work towards optimizing the operation of state-owned medical centres as an alternative to expensive services provided to tourists by private clinics.
