In June 2022, the calendar adjusted Industrial Production Index rose by 17.4% compared to the same month of 2021, the National Statistical Institute reported here on Wednesday. According to the preliminary data, in June 2022 the seasonally adjusted Industrial Production Index decreased by 0.8% compared to May 2022.

Monthly changes

In June 2022, compared to May 2022, the seasonally adjusted Industrial Production Index decreased in the mining and quarrying industry - by 9.6%, in manufacturing - by 1.9% and increased in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 13.9%.

Annual changes

On an annual basis in June 2022, Industrial Production Index calculated from calendar adjusted data rose in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 39.2%, in manufacturing - by 16.1% and in the mining and quarrying industry - by 2.7%.
