site.btaPublic Works Minister Compares Greece-Bulgaria Gas Interconnector to Luxury Building with No Electricity

Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Ivan Shishkov inspected progress on the Greece-Bulgaria gas interconnector with his colleague, Transport and Communications Minister Hristo Aleksiev, on Wednesday. The two concurred that there is still work to be done before the project is finished.

"As an architect, I can compare [the interconnector] to a furnished luxury building, which however has no electricity and no good access to it," said Shishkov. According to him, the biggest problem at the moment is the computer connection with Greece, since it is responsible for managing the entire process.
