A large quantity of contraband goods have been seized by officials from the Sofia Customs’ Intelligence and Investigation department after a check of a shipment from China, the Customs Agency said Tuesday. The shipment’s recipient was a Bulgarian company.

According to the trade and customs documents, the shipment contained various items, such as toys, clothes, and textiles. The thorough customs check found 3,000 smart watches and 12,000 shoe insoles that had not been declared.
