site.btaBulgaria's Retail Trade Down 0.1% M/M in July - Eurostat

The volume of retail trade in Bulgaria in July 2022 fell by 0.1% month-on-month and by 0.7% year-on-year according to the latest seasonally adjusted Eurostat data published on Monday.

In both the EU and the euro area, retail trade grew by 0.3% from June to July 2022.

In June, the indicator declined by 1% in both areas.

Among the Member States for which data are available, the largest month-on-month jumps in total retail trade were recorded in Germany (+1.9%), the Netherlands (+1.7%), Luxembourg and Poland (+1.5% in both countries). Austria (-1.8%), Finland (-1.7%) and Spain (-1.0%) recorded the largest declines.
