site.btaEnergy Minister: Digitalization Way to Accelerate Green Transition Process

Speaking at a roundtable on "The Green Transition: Investment in Technolgoies and Networks" here on Thursday, caretaker Energy Minister Rosen Hristov said that the green transition and green energy are priorities of the EU as well as the whole developed world. Digitalization is the way in which this process can be sped up, he added. 

Without automation and data processing capabilities, effectiveness cannot be provided, he went on say. Ever better systems are seen that allow for ever better management, he noted. 

Incorporating green technologies is a commitment of the Bulgarian government, Hristov said. According to him, it is very important to also incorporate intelligent systems in the energy sector.

The Energy Ministry will back every investment in the green transition, he told the roundtable.
