Residential real estate development company BLD's project "Secret Gardens" received the highest award among numerous international projects in the Best Residential Development 20+ Units category (buildings with 20+ apartments) in the competition "European Property Awards 2022-2023" - part of the International Property Awards (IPA) - a global forum in the field of architecture, interior design and real estate, the company announced.
At a ceremony held in London at the end of October 2022, Dimitar Savov, CEO of BLD, accepted the award on behalf of the entire team.
"This is BLD's third consecutive international award for the Secret Gardens project, which will rank among Europe's leading luxury residential developments. The project has an excellent location in the aristocratic part of Lozenets, stylish architecture, uncompromising quality of construction, a beautiful garden and added value for owners of homes in a luxurious environment and community," Savov said.
The European Property Awards is a highly prestigious international accolade for excellence in housing, architecture and design. Key representatives of the jury were Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the British Parliament. The European Property Awards, as a round of the International Property Awards, is one of the largest, most prestigious and internationally recognised forums.
Projects were judged by a panel of 80 independent and world-renowned names in the sector. Among the leading criteria for selecting the winners were the project's characteristics in terms of design, quality, amenities, innovations used, originality, sustainability, and environmental elements.
