The career platform, Kaderabotim.bg [Where We Work], announced the results of an annual ranking of the best employers in Bulgaria. The survey, carried out between November 16, 2021 and November 15, 2-22, names the top 30 Bulgarian employers based on employee reviews. The assessment criteria were selected according to the weight given by employees and their contribution to job satisfaction.

The ranking is done for the first year and aims to shed more light on the working environment and conditions in Bulgaria and facilitate the choice of job seekers. The results are announced based on the advantages of every company and assessment about the pay, leadership, company culture, social benefits and other aspects.

The company which tops the ranking of 30 best employers is Endava. It is followed by Decathlon (2); eMAG (3); Pontica Solutions (4); Lidl (5); Accenture (6); JYSK (7); Speedy (8); Kaufland (9); Sensata Technologies (10).
