site.btaBulgarian Exports Amount to Nearly EUR 32 Bln in 2022 - Economy Minister Stoyanov

Bulgarian exports in January-August 2022 were worth nearly EUR 32 billion and marked a significant growth compared to 2021, Caretaker Minister of Economy and Industry Nikola Stoyanov said at the award ceremony of the Exporter of the Year Competition.

"Bulgarian business produces competitive products that are successfully implemented on international markets, and this is confirmed by the data," Stoyanov stressed.

He presented the grand prize in the competition for the Highest Export Revenues in 2021 to the company Gopet Trans Ltd. "Behind the good results of every business is the work of hundreds of people and the successful decisions of their managers," Stoyanov said while presenting the award.

The competition is organised by the electronic publisher Exporter.bg for the 10th consecutive year and honours the most successful export companies in the country. More than 800 micro, small and medium enterprises took part in this year's edition of the competition.
