Road Infrastructure Agency Management Board Chairman Ivo Ivanov has been removed from office by order of Regional Development and Public Works Minister Ivan Shishkov, effective December 12, Shishkov's ministry reported on Friday.

The position will be filled by Ventsislav Angelov. An engineer by education, Angelov worked with the Regional Road Department of Veliko Tarnovo, Northern Bulgaria for over 10 years, the last four of which he served as director. He has many years of experience in the field of construction. He also worked with a leading road construction company in Germany for four years.
