site.btaPM Donev: Bulgarian Labour Market Should See Competing for Talents as Most Coveted Surplus Profit
"The labour market in Bulgaria should perceive every person as a talent and should regard competing for talents as the most coveted surplus profit," Prime Minister Galab Donev said in a welcoming address at the Sixth Competing for Talents International Forum on Thursday.
Experts in management, human resources, public relations and communications attended the event in Sofia.
"Talents transform the working environment, they magnetize it with the challenge to be among the best," the PM pointed out.
He congratulated the experts in this sphere on the courage to be the voice of talented employees on the labour market, which is undersupplied, and on their skill, as "talent specialists", to steer the working environment in line with employees' gifts. "I count on each one of you to change the way talented people are perceived in Bulgaria. They deserve your applause and attention," Donev added.
