site.btaState Increases Its Share in Capital of Sofia Tech Park

The government green-lighted an increase in the state's share in the capital of Sofia Tech Park AD by a cash contribution of BGN 3.8 million to cover the operating costs for 2022 of the Discoverer Supercomputer (PetaSC - Bulgaria).

The capital increase will take place by resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Sofia Tech Park AD.

The increase will be covered with funds allocated under the 2022 budget of the Ministry of Innovation and Growth for the acquisition of equity shares for capital increase and capital reserves.

The Minister of Innovation and Growth has been designated as the authority to exercise the state's rights in the capital of Sofia Tech Park.
