site.btaCustoms Agency Launches Public Energy Products Warehouses Register

The Public Register of Energy Products detailing amounts of mineral (hydrocarbon) oil, biofuels and special energy products and free warehouse capacity, the Customs Agency said Tuesday.

The public register is to be maintained under the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Act since the beginning of this year. Licensed warehouse keepers (including those who do not have sufficient warehousing capacity to store their own energy products) send data to the Customs Agency by 19:00 hrs on each work day, which is published in the register by 09:00 on the next working day, the Agency said.

The first data from warehouse holders will be submitted to the register on Tuesday, January 3, the first work day of the year.
