In November 2022, the seasonally adjusted volume of retail trade increased by 0.9% in the EU, compared with October 2022, according to estimates from Eurostat, published on Friday. In Bulgaria the seasonally adjusted volume increased by 2.2%, compared with a monthly increase of 0.3% in October.

Compared with November 2021, retail trade in Bulgaria grew by 4.7%, compared to a drop by 2.4% in the EU on average.
