Emilia Palibachyska and Teodora Petkova were elected Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank. Pasquale Giamboi and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev also joined the Supervisory Board, Bulbank said Thursday.

Palibachiyska started her career in banking in 1990. In 2002, she took the position of CEO and member of the Management Board of HBC Bank Biochem. From the end of 2007 until September 2017, Palibachyiska held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank.

Throughout her experience in the banking and financial sector, she has been a member of the Management and Supervisory Boards of banking and non-banking institutions in Bulgaria and abroad.

The new members of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bulbank will replace the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board Alberto Devoto and Supervisory Board members Heinz Meidlinger and Dimitar Zhelev.
