site.btaBudget Deficit Relative to GDP Is 3.3% in EU, 4.3% in Bulgaria

In the third quarter of 2022, the seasonally adjusted deficit of the consolidated state budget relative to the gross domestic product (GDP) amounted to 3.3% for the countries of the European Union and 3.2% for those that are part of the eurozone, shows the latest data from the European statistical agency Eurostat.

They also indicate that the budget deficit in Bulgaria for the same quarter reached 4.3% of GDP.
