Petyo Ivanov Elected Bulgargaz Executive Director

Sofia, February 6 (BTA) - The Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) on
Thursday announced on its website that Petyo Ivanov has been
elected Bulgargaz Executive Director by a decision of the
managing boards of Bulgargaz and BEH.

The appointment will become effective once it has been entered
into the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency.

Also, changes have been made to the Supervisory Board of the
Electricity System Operator EAD with Kostadin Yazov replacing
Andrey Zhivkov.
