Bulgaria's Youth Women 3x6 km relay won a bronze medal at the Youth and Junior World Championships in Soldier Hollow, Utah.

Valentina Dimitrova, Stefani Yolova and Lora Hristova used only five extra cartridges and finished in 54:57.8 minutes.

This is a second medal at the championships for Bulgaria after Blagoy Todev won a silver medal in the Junior Men 12.5 km pursuit.

Italy's relay won the gold in 53:15.2 minutes and three extra cartridges and Germany finished second.

Russia was banned from the competition by the International Biathlon Union due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
