site.bta Security Council with PM Petkov Discusses Risks for Eastern Europe from Ukraine War
Prime Minister Kiril Petkov convened Wednesday a meeting of the Security Council, said the government press office. It discussed the situation in Eastern Europe in view of the risks caused by the Ukraine crisis, as well as the possible scenarios.
Defence Minister Dragomir Zakov said that the Bulgarian position in NATO should be clear and predictable, and this is what the Bulgarian state institutions are working for.
Prime Minister Petkov highlighted the importance of intelligence from the security services.
