In the following few days, it can be said that all technical parameters of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan will have been achieved, Prime Minister Kiril Petkov said Monday evening in the Black Sea city of Varna, where he visited а Center for Ukrainian Refugees at the Palace of Culture and Sports. 

Petkov specified that he spoke to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. In his words, she was puzzled by information that the Bulgarian Cabinet is not handling the country's issues well and assured him that Bulgaria is moving at the perfect pace. No one should practice political rhetoric based on fake news, Petkov added and called on those who want to know how things really are to talk to the European Commission.
