site.btaDeputy Foreign Minister Dimitrova Receives Credentials of Mexican Ambassador to Bulgaria Molinero

Deputy Foreign Minister Irena Dimitrova accepted copies of the credentials of the newly appointed Mexican ambassador to Bulgaria, Rosario Molinero, the Foreign Ministry said on Monday. 

Molinero serves as ambassador to the Republic of Hungary, concurrent with the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Croatia
The two sides reaffirmed their desire to intensify bilateral relations in areas of mutual interest.

Deputy Minister Dimitrova stressed that Mexico occupies a leading position in Bulgaria's foreign policy priorities in Latin America and the Caribbean. She noted the traditional friendly relations and interaction between the two countries and  expressed hope that the Mexican side would reopen its diplomatic mission in Sofia, which would significantly help intensify bilateral relations.
