site.btaHealth Ministry: Booster Jab Against COVID-19 Safe for Adolescents Aged 12 to 17

A booster jab against COVID-19 can be administered to adolescents aged 12 to 17 six months after they have been fully vaccinated with the same vaccine, the Health Ministry said Friday. As of March, young people in the12-17 age group can be administered "Comirnaty" vaccine booster jabs.

The two mRNA vaccines approved for primary vaccination in this age group in the European Union are "Comirnaty", manufactured by "Pfizer", and "Spikevax", by "Moderna"
