Meeting with visiting Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba here Tuesday, Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska said that Bulgaria will continue to support Ukraine as much as it can. "Right now it is important for Ukrainian people to hear that all EU and NATO partners, and the entire democratic community, support Ukraine," said the top Bulgarian diplomat.

She said that over 90,000 people fleeing the Ukraine war have arrived in Bulgaria and 80,000 have received temporary protection. Bulgaria also continues to provide humanitarian aid: the Bulgarian Red Cross has provided aid worth over 1.5 million euro and the Foreign Ministry 185,000 euro through various humanitarian organizations.
