Minister Kuleba thanked Petkov's Government for the support and assistance provided in Bulgaria to each Ukrainian fleeing the war.

Kiril Petkov assured Dmytro Kuleba that Bulgaria will continue being among the friendliest and most supportive states to Ukraine. The Bulgarian institutions will continue providing the necessary assistance and care to Ukrainian refugees, just as they have done so far.

A meeting between the two countries' delegations was held after the one-to-one meeting between Petkov and Kuleba. The Bulgarian delegation included Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska and Defence Minister Dragomir Zakov.
