By a decision of the Council of Ministers, Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds Management Atanas Pekanov was appointed head of the Council for coordination of Bulgaria's participation in the Global Initiative Open Government Partnership (OGP), the caretaker Cabinet's press service said on Wednesday.
