Haskovo, Southern Bulgaria, Mayor Stanislav Dechev and the head of the organization of Bulgarian expatriates in the Greek town of Komotini, Genka Papadopoulos, Wednesday signed a memorandum of cooperation. Papadopoulos is also the principal of the Bulgarian Sunday school in Komotini.
