site.btaBulgaria Sends Medical Kits in Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine

The caretaker government Wednesday decided to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine, Defence Minister Dimitar Stoyanov told a news briefing in the government building Wednesday. The aid includes 350 medical kits which will ensure medical services for 35,000 citizens.

The aid decision was made after Bulgaria received a request from Ukraine, Stoyanov said.

In March 2022, the previous government also made a decision to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine in the form of hospital equipment and medicines.
