site.btaCompanies in Transport Ministry System to Cover Food Costs for Ukrainians at Their Recreation Facilities

Transport and Communications Minister Hristo Alexiev has asked companies in the ministry's system to cover the food costs for the Ukrainian refugees accommodated in their recreation facilities. These will be non-reimbursable company resources rather than public funding, to help people fleeing the Ukraine war to meet their daily needs.

Ukrainians have been accommodated in four recreation facilities of the Transport and Communications Ministry.

The companies are also expected to provide additional heating appliances, school learning implements and sport outfits, among other things, for the Ukrainian kids for the coming winter. Alexiev vowed to strictly monitor the implementation of his instructions.
