After President Rumen Radev handed a government forming mandate the Bulgarian Socialist Party, Democratic Bulgaria (DB) co-chair Hristo Ivanov expressed his belief that Bulgaria is heading for new elections. "The third mandate looks like a narrative with an absolutely predictable and expected ending, after all of [President Rumen] Radev's attempts to do the same thing and end up with the same thing," Ivanov told BTA on Monday.
