site.btaSofia Expresses Condolences after Ukraine Helicopter Crash

Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nikolay Milkov offered condolences to his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba on Wednesday after the three main figures in Ukraine's Internal Affairs Ministry were killed in a helicopter crash beside a nursery in an eastern suburb of the capital Kyiv, Milkov's ministry reported.

"Please accept my most sincere condolences and empathy for the pain and suffering of the bereaved and all people of Ukraine," Milkov wrote in the message. He expressed his deep regret that there are children among the victims of the tragic incident. He wished quick recovery for those injured in the crash.

Fourteen people died when the helicopter came down in Brovary, BBC reported. There is no indication the crash was anything other than an accident.
