site.btaBulgarian Birds Photographed by Poland's Ambassador to Be Displayed in Haskovo

A photo exhibition titled "Bulgaria's Birds through the Eyes of a Pole" will be presented at the Haskovo Youth Centre on January 26 by the photographer himself, Poland's Ambassador to Bulgaria Dr Maciej Szymanski, Haskovo Municipality said in a press release on Friday.

The Ambassador is a nature lover and has been an active bird watcher for almost 35 years now. He has been photographing wildlife since 2001.

In addition to the display, the diplomat will explain, in Bulgarian, the methods of taking pictures of birds. Szymanski admits that he is an amateur in both areas but has built up years of experience thanks to his public activism to the benefit of birds.

The photographer argues that making sure that birds are safe and undisturbed is far more important than taking beautiful pictures.
