site.btaPM Donev to Receive Austria's Federal Chancellor Karl Nehammer

Caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev will meet with the Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria Karl Nehammer on Monday at the Council of Ministers, the government press service said. The two will discuss bilateral cooperation and other topics of mutual interest. 

Nehammer is paying a working visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of President Rumen Radev to discuss securing the Bulgarian border, countering migration pressure, and the implementation of European law on Schengen. 

President Radev and Chancellor Nehammer will visit the Regional Directorate of Border Police in Elhovo, where the Regional Coordination Centre, part of the integrated surveillance system for the Bulgarian-Turkish border, is located, to get acquainted with the measures taken to secure the EU's external border with Turkiye.
