As of Thursday, March 10, visitors at public facilities will be no longer required to present a COVID green certificate. This is the second step to de-escalate anti-epidemic restrictions in view of falling infection rates across the country, the Health Ministry said. The certificate remains mandatory for the staff at public facilities.
Under the plan after March 20, the green certificate will be scrapped for staff too, if the positive trend in the spread of the COVID-19 infection continues.
A restriction on the number of students attending in-person classes at language and educational centres and schools is scrapped too, the Health Ministry said.
