On Wednesday, the National Assembly transacted business as follows:

- adopted on first reading amendments to the Management of Resources from the European Structural and Investment Funds Act;

- adopted on first reading amendments to  theHigher Education Act in connection with the instruction of students at two or more educational establishments;

- ratified an agreement for the provisions of 2.7 million euro in grant aid to the International Development Association (IDA) in two installments. Bulgaria has been a full member of IDA since November 3 2021. IDA is an organization within the World Bank Group and was established in 1960.

 - ratified conclusively an agreement between Bulgaria and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development amending loan agreements between Bulgaria and the Bank in connection with the discontinuation of LIBOR as an interest rate reference rate. EURIBOR is set as the new reference rate for euro-denominated loans.

- ratified a Letter of Amend for a loan agreement between Bulgaria and the European Investment Bank Bulgarian (EU Funds Cofinancing 2014-2020) to include in the scope of the loan Operational Programme Innovation and Competitiveness and all projects under priority axis 1 for sustainable and integrated urban development of Operational Programme for Regions in Growth.
